The implementation of a flexpool as a Managed Service Programma (MSP)

Seven crucial principles

Virtually all industries are dealing with a tightness on the labour market at the moment https://lnkd.in/eJjiYVkA. Law firms are no exception to this rule, as they are struggling to find the right applicants for open vacancies. LawyerlinQ has seen a significant increase in the demand for flexible staff.

In Q2 and Q3 of 2021 a remarkable number of new (potential) customers requested us to have a conversation about the possibilities of implementing a flexpool. This is of course great news. A flexpool can help capture peaks in business more easily. You can get in touch with the right lawyer for an assignment efficiently, strengthen the bond with the right talent and have interesting data at your disposal. Implementing a flexpool does not happen overnight. Often, this is being underestimated by potential customers. The main question we ask potential clients sounds pretty straight forward: why do you specifically want a flexpool right now? Who are the stakeholders within the organisation? What are the main ‘showstoppers’ at the moment? By asking the right questions we can determine if a flexpool is the answer to their problem. Spoiler alert: in some cases the flexpool is not the right solution.

Recently, an interesting report was published about the success factor of a Managed Service Program (MSP) based on seven key principles https://lnkd.in/ehJvVGNC. A must-read for all parties who would like to bring their flexible staffing process to the next level.
